Returning items for a refund can sometimes be 'ruff' so here at Simply The Best Dog Treats we aim to make returns and refunds as simple as possible for our customers.

Can you return an item or order?

Once you have received your order, if you decide that you no longer want it then you need to let us know within 14 days of receiving your order - by email - that you wish to return your complete order or part of it. You must then return your order back to us within 14 days of letting us know. 

You will need to pay the cost of posting the item back to us - it’s recommended that you get a certificate of posting from Royal Mail so that you have proof the goods were sent back if anything happens to the order on its way back to us (if a parcel if lost or damaged during the return you will need to claim through Royal Mail as the poster). 

You don’t have to return the item in its original packaging, but you do need to make sure it’s packaged in a way that means it doesn’t get damaged. 

Always include within your return paperwork showing your details and the reason for the return so that your refund is not delayed. We aim is to process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back. 

Will you receive a refund?

To be able to process a refund for you we must receive the goods back to us in a condition in which we can re-sell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact. We will not be able to process a refund if you have opened sealed goods.

You must comply with the returns procedure described above - we cannot return your money unless we know who sent them.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We have no obligation to refund to you, your cost of re-packing and returning the goods.

We will refund you by the same means of payment as you used for the original purchase unless you have advised us differently prior to returning your order. 

 

Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our policy
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 days and we will process a refund for you.
