At Simply The Best Dog Treats we aim to despatch your order within 1 to 3 working days, so that you should receive your delivery within 3 to 5 working days from when you placed your order.  

If you need your order to arrive of a specific day or need a faster delivery please email us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charge for orders is just £2.99, no matter how few or how many products you decide to order.

However, if you spend over £30 we will be happy to despatch your order free of charge and this will automatically be applied on your checkout.

Our Couriers

Although we would love to use one of our four legged friends to personally delivery your order, seeing as they can get distracted we have chosen to use Royal Mail.

We will despatch your order via 48 hour delivery. We use a service which will show when your order has been delivered.
